LMD 83-1 (Twin Peaks Road)
The neighborhoods and properties included in LMD83-1 are shown on the map in the link below. The areas maintained within LMD83-1 primarily include the parkways along Twin Peaks Road from Poway’s western border west of Pomerado Road and stretching east to Hillndale Way. Also included is a section of Ted Williams Parkway from the City border to Twin Peaks at Deerwood Street. There are some additional maintained areas of LMD83-1 further east along Twin Peaks Road and along Carriage Road, but the majority of land maintained by the LMD can be found along Twin Peaks Road. LMD 86-1 (Espola Road)
The neighborhoods and properties included in LMD86-1 are shown on the map in the link below. The areas maintained within LMD86-1 include the parkways along Espola Road beginning just south of Titan Way and continuing north past the Blue Sky Ecological Reserve and ending just east of Cloudcroft Drive. There are some additional maintained areas of LMD86-1—most notably just west of Valle Verde Road and along Lake Poway Road as it stretches west from Espola Road to Summit Circle—but the majority of land maintained by the LMD can be found along Espola Road.
